Avoid diets: Which are high in fat and cholesterol and are greasy. If you are overweight, try to lose the extra weight. Stay and eat healthy foods. Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, and high fiber diet.

Gallstone diet: Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/gallstones/ds00165 & http://www.Webmd.Com/digestive-disorders/features/gallbladder-diet-foods-for-gallbadder-problems. Then avoid fat & fried foods. Aim to increase fruit & vegetable intake along w/fiber.
