Low Fat Diet: A normal healthy diet, low on fat may help decrease some symptoms of colic if he/she is having cramping after meals. However there is no way to decrease the stones already in the gallbladder. If they are living asymptomatically or without problems, it is not necessary to remove the gallbladder.
