Tell someone: Please tell someone of your suicidal feelings immediately. There is help for you, but you need to speak. You can go to an emergency room to be seen. They will work with you and find the best way to help your depression and anxiety. Medications may be useful, and gradually learning to talk with people in psychotherapy.

If thoughts of suicide are overwhelming, please go to the nearest er or dial 911. Establish stress management, self-care routine, get involved in the activities that bring you a sustained sense of joy. Consider medication if feel that no longer can cope.
