Fall +tooth damage: The best thing to do would be to schedule a visit with your dentist immediately. X-rays will be taken to make sure that you did not fracture the root of any teeth that may have damaged in the fall, or several teeth and the bone that surrounds them can fracture as a unit. You may need to have these teeth splinted> perhaps some bonding, root canals, or even crowns, . Check with your dentist asap.

Good OH, see dentist: Good oral hygiene in the area is highly recommended. Antibiotic may be started to help with localized inflammation. Xray taken to periodically examine the tooth nerve condition and the external/internal root resorption. Root canal must be done if those were the case.
