Social Anxiety: You may be suffering from social anxiety d/o. Where yo may be self conscious of your behavior & your presence and interaction in public. Fear of confrontation is a symptoms as well. Avoidance is one of the complications with lost opportunities s a result . Sad is very treatable. Best results come from combining medication as well as cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy). Seek an anxiety specialist.
