I have a lots of mols for years but there are 2 moles on my back right next to each other they are light brown one is bigger never changed is it nomal?

Probably so: Unlikely to be a problem as you describe it, but would not be a bad idea to let your personal physician take a look at it to make sure...Obviously rather difficult to look at our own backs..If you develop any skin lesions that seem to be growing quickly or are turning very dark or appear to have blood vessels running through them, then definitely see you dr. Slow to no growth is reassuring.
