Supplements: I guess, you would be the best person to answer these questions for yourself. Have you done better since you've been taking these supplements? I am not sure what your goal is, though. I would not personally take them if i were to start my fitness. I don't believe you need any supplement to get in shape. If you do bodybuilding, you will need some protein and other supplements, but not for fitness.
