Dedication, goals: I have been deliberately exercising for 47 years. Decide what your goals are : bulk up, endurance, long term health, agility, avoiding older age problems, just plain feeling vigorous. We now know the multitude of benefits of regular exercise, but many choose not to take advantage of them. Find a happy mix and make it part of your daily life. It is worth every moment. Eat healthy, get sleep.
