Unlikely to matter: You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep & and remaining physiclly active.Weight training does not enhance stature.Most 18 yo males have closed growth centers and are finished growing.A few may grow another inch but not much more.
