Black holes: Black holes are not always a sign of multiple sclerosis, but can be seen in various diagnoses such as normal aging, migraine, transient ischemia, and a few others. Hope this helps.

We term this: Radiologically isolated syndrome, and sorry, but many of these mri's foretell future diagnosis of clinically definite ms. Suggest you go further, get films of cervical spinal cord, and maybe lumbar puncture. Would strongly urge a consult with a neurologist who specializes in ms, as the proper management is rather complex these days. Best of luck.
