Many things: Including transverse myelitis, behcet's disease, and medication.. You're obviously seeing doctors for this already, and just need to continue the neurology work up.

Lhermitte's sign: Lhermitte's sign has multiple different causes such as trauma, behcet's disease, transverse myelitis, radiation, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord compression, chemotherapy, vitamin B12 deficiency, as well as discontinuation from medications (such as ssri's).
