Dehydration : Dehydration is a common cause for headache so drinking water may help your headache resolve if that was one of the contributing triggers for your headache. A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces each day. Remember to avoid caffeine as that can make you urinate all the water you are trying to hydrate with. Happy drinking!
