Vasoconstriction: Headaches are caused by vasoconstriction of vessels in the brain. Perhaps the brand of water has a mineral or impurity , or cool liquid causes the vasoconstriction. It is not normal to get headaches after exercise . Please see a doctor for a complete exam to make sure every thing is OK
