I had a subarachnoid haemorrhage 7 years ago now every time i excercise i get really bad headaches afterwards. i drink lots of water 2lt a day, help??

Comments: Glad you survived the SAH, as mortality quite high usually. Your headaches will not respond to water, and could be exertional migraine events. These can be reversed, so, find a neurologist who focuses in headaches. BOTOX may be of value, but other preventatives could be considered.
