Hypertension: Many causes of high blood pressure can be evaluated by your primary care doctor before needing a cardiologist. Given your young age you should definitely have a work-up for secondary causes of high pressure. You don't need er evaluation if your numbers are as listed.

Blood pressure: The numbers you list are within the range of normal except for the one diastolic of 103. You don't need to be concerned about those pressures. If you want ranges to be concerned about, you should ask you dr. What numbers your doctor would want you to be seen or go to er.
