Cyst vs. lymph node: Probably the two most likely possibilities are 1. A sebaceous cyst, which could be left alone or removed, and 2. A small lymph node. Small lymph nodes near the angle of the jaw are rarely if ever concerning. If it gets larger, get checked out.
