Diabetic?: If you are taking diabetes medicine to control your blood sugar, it looks like they are working well with a blood sugar of 106.If you stop the medicine, your sugar will go back up.A reason to lower or stop blood sugar medicine is frequent and repeated episodes of symptomatic hypoglycemia .Best to show your doctor all your sugar readings and let him help you decide what's best.

Blood sugar targets: That average blood sugar is good. If you are on meds and your average blood sugar is 80-100 there is no reason to change the meds, or else the glucose levels will probably increase.
