Why does my blood sugar go up when i don't eat? also after a 60 - 90 minute walk? it sounds counterintuitive. goes up from 80 to 100. not taking meds.

Insulin: It is all about your pancreas and insulin. When you are not eating your pancreas is less likely to be putting out insulin. As Insulin levels drop your blood sugar level rises until the level triggers response from the pancreas. This is normal.
