Sleeping Too Much: This is usually a very common sign of depression. I would recommend that you get to your family physician to discuss what you are feeling and how you are experiencing your joys and sorrows. You very well may be depressed.

Sleep: Most studies show sleep requirement is between 6 to 8 hours, more or less causes morbidity or mortality as long as you average this amount and feel refreshed you should be fine if you are sleeping above your usual baseline then please get a sleep study done, rule out medical and psychiatric causes.
