Decreased brain: Your brain uses sleep to recover and recharge, so anything your brain does is liable to be off. Attention lags, and the ability to process information slows tremendously. Of course you may start drifitng off, as your alertness goes down. Memory is slower, and you make less long term memory from what you learn. The ability to cope and reason go down, and you can become much more irritable.
