Memory: Memory can be increased when you lead a very healthy lifestyle. For instance people who exercise regularly, eat a well balanced diet and sleep 8 hours a night generally have better memory. Also depression, anxiety and various medical difficulties can compromise memory as well as certain medications. If you continue to be concerned consult your doctor. Best wishes.
