I am feeling my 3 fingers in my right hand like numb and weak, for no reason at all as i don't remember hitting it or anything. what could it be please?

Nerve compression: You did not state the 3 fingers but it looks like it is the thumb the index and middle finger. You probably have pressure on your nerves and you should use a splint to hold the wrist flat rather than bent and probably see a doctor if no relief soon.
