Frustration: If your frustration does not interfere with your activities of daily living or cause significant distress, it is normal.

Frustration: You may be a considerate person who believes on being on time. It can be stressful if you think you may be late. Stress however can be a positive motivator. An anxious mood may be appropriate in the right situations. I see that you are 16 years old. If a person is often fretting unnecessarily that may be unproductive anxiety. Take care.
