Carpal Tunnel: Carpal tunnel presents on the thumb side of the hand, especially involving the thumb, index and middle finger with numbness and/or tingling, along with discomfort and sometimes weakness. It can radiate up towards the neck. Not sure about your case, but a simple exam should tell the story. Good luck.
