Altitude: Discuss the altitude with your doc to be sure no lung or cardiac problems. Diamox (acetazolamide) prophylaxis probably a good idea. Slow ascent good idea. They sell oxygen in lhasa might be good idea to buy some if you go.

Thoughts: Why go? If important ok. Small asymptomatic AAA should have low risk. More concern about other cardiac, or lung issues at altitude.
