Take your meds: The risk of anything bad happening to you from an aneurysm that size over the next 12 mo is between 0 and 1 % and can't be reduced by anything but smoking avoidance and keeping your blood pressure under control. Take a good supply of your blood pressure meds with you to tibet. Counterfeit medication is rife overseas. Take up meditation while you're there; it may help reduce your need for meds!
