Myofascial pain: Grumpy, causes of radiating pain include metastatic cancer, nerves being pinched in your hernia repair. Most likely cause is injury to muscle and fascia, most likely the adductor muscles along the inside of your thigh and iliopsoas. See a myotherapist, or massage therapist if doctor has ruled out serious causes. Any pain symptom can be from muscle and fascia. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com dr.B.
