Get attention: New chest pain & such low BP both need medical attention. Can't take Cozaar (losartan) at this bp. Can't tell in your case, but possible causes of new sensitivity to BP meds include dehydration, addition of diuretic, major weight loss. But if the low BP is related to the new chest pain, which could be from a blood flow problem or other cardiac condition, that really would need attention asap.
