C.difff: Very hard to treat. Usually you will need vancomycin. Just watch out for mega colon that's the bad sign of treatment.

For functional dyspepsia (lower abdominal burning/nausea/loss of appetite), if amitriptyline is too sedating/tired making at low dose of 20mg but works well and nortriptyline made my heart race, should I talk to my doc about desipramine or imipramine?
