Need a picture: Try using over the counter hydrocortisone. If that does not help, see a dermatologist.

Back rash: I am aware of that I have said this before in this group, but without being able to lay my eyes upon this rash, there is no way that I can diagnose a skin condition. No one has yet devised a way, short of possibly of photography, to show a skin lesion and tell what it is without seeing it. Sorry.
