Oncologist: Several. Hematologist/oncologist, gyn onc, neuro onc. And depending on definition of "chemo" -- urology, rheumatology, nephrology, etc. That is, many of these drugs are used for a variety of diseases including non-cancer.

Cancer trained ones: Medical oncologists, hematologists, gynecologic oncologists, neurooncologists (brain tumor doctors), pediatric oncologists and hematologists, and other cancer related surgical specialties (ie: liver surgeons order chemotherapy injected into the liver, some urologists) may order chemotherapy drugs for the treatment of cancers.
