Is it normal for a 28 year old female with sle and sjogrens to have a low iga? (igg 1090 and igm 88) my iga is actually 6...is this too low?

That is low: When a patient has a deficiency of IgA immunoglobulin, it is called selective IgA deficiency. It is the most common immunodeficiency i see in children, adults can have it too. A consult with an allergist/immunologist is suggested.
