Implanon, been on for 2 month first month doc puts me on pill.. once i finished it i strtd to hv brown discharge again/clear red.. shld i go bk again?

Irregular bleeding: The nexplanon/implanon have an approximately 10% incidence of irregular, unpredictable bleeding. Sometimes adding a birth control pill for a month or so can stabilize the bleeding, or sometimes supplemental estrogen gel/cream (or pills) for a week or two can stabilize/stop this bleeding, but if it doesn't stop, you may need to decide if it is an acceptable side effect, or whether to remove it.
