Implanon can cause: Implanon can cause a change in your menstral periods - time, duration, discharge, cramps, etc. If you were on the Implanon when you had the miscarriage, it was the probable cause of the miscarriage. If you just started it could be the cause of what you are describing. Hopefully the dr. Who did the implantation did a good history and physical before. Please look up the side effects on the web.
