Hi doc. for a few days now i realize my discharge have change color from white starchy and today it got watery and brown with a slight red string and i saw my periods for the month already what is this and do it need to go to the hospital immediately?

Need evaluation: but probably not emergently. You should be tested for sexually transmitted diseases if you have ever been sexually active. Don't delay being checked out more than a few days. Seeing your regular doctor or going to a health department or clinic, that would probably be the best option. You probably don't need to be in the hospital, but you may need to take some medication.
