Stomach pain: Get yourself checked for h. Pylori. If everything is ruled out abdominal migraine is a possibility.

Sharp pain in left side lower stomach. Been going on for quiet some time.. Maybe 2 years. Been and had a scan. Nothing, could cysts be the cause ?
Diagnosiss eith duodenogastric bile reflux. Unknown cause. Ultrasound shows minimal fluid around gallbladder. Otherwise normal. HIDA scan shows large amount of bile in stomach. Otherwise normal. Would removing gallbladder help or make worse?
When I had the hida scan while in the first 4o minutes the bile went into my stomach what would cause this and would it cause my nausea I have nausea everday and it gets worse as the day progresses?
What can cause lower stomach and back pain? Hurts to twist and aches constantly. Urine is clear and so was ultrasound.
