Insuffiency: You probably have pancreatic insuffiency. That is a condition where your pancreas doesn't make enough of your digestive enzymes. Your pancreas can look normal on a scan, and yet you can still have this condition. Creon is a mix of those enzymes. So you are probably distended with gas as you're not digesting well. Start back on the Creon and see if you feel better.
