Stomach aches: The list of causes for diarrhea and upset stomach are numerous. Typical workup is stool test for parasites and bacteria, blood count, rotavius antigen, sugar in stool, fat in stool, etc. If u traveled, look for causes from that area, like typhoid in stool. Then look for tests for malabsorption like lactose intolerance tests and gluten intolerance. If persist, see a GI doc.
