Yes: Sensodyne may help. Are you under stress? Try zantac (ranitidine) daily. Do you get plenty of vitamin c? See dermatologist or dentist for an evaluation.

Causes are: Many - sadly some get them more often than others. They are often stress induced though the actual etiology is unclear. It could be also due to hormonal, diet, certain preservatives in toothpastes sls ... You might try using an oral care system like biotene. Hope this helps.
