Acne scar panacea: Most topical treatments are not worth the time you spend reading about them. I use a palette approach to acne scars, and classifying them into one of 4 different types is the first step in treating them. Fillers such as silicone, punch lifting or excision, and subcision are just a few of the techniques i use.
