Lose weight: Healthy eating. But keep in mind, weight loss comes from eating healthy and exercise. So if you don't plan on doing any exercise, you will limit how much you will be able to lose. Diets, herbal supplements, diet pills are not viable options for long term or permanent weight loss. Just try to cut out the carbs, sweets, sodas, and eat more protein, fruits, vegetables, water.
