Patience...: Get married first. Then decide whether or not to have children right away. If "yes", stop the birth control pills, and be sure to have sex once or twice a day during the most fertile days. Stopping the bc pills before getting married will indeed help one "get pregnant by then", but can easily "get pregnant too soon and not fit in the wedding gown". Patience is an important virtue for new parents.
