Get off pills: If you are on birth control pills and want to get pregnant you need to get off of them. Some women will get regular periods and be more fertile in the first few months after stopping. If that does not happens you should talk to your doctor about clomid (clomiphene).

Ovulation: With irregular periods it can be difficult to get pregnant because you most likely are not ovulating regularly. I would recommend you have your doctor check some hormone levels that can contribute to irregular periods as well. You will probably benefit from ovulation induction meds like Clomid (clomiphene) or femara.
