reduced rice consumption is advised for weight loss. does this apply to both white and brown rice? does brown rice have any benefits for weight loss?

Weight Loss Secrets: If you are overweight then the advice to turn down your carbohydrate intake and increase your protein intake is the best advice possible. If you need to lower your carbs then any form of rice has to be limited. Rice is about 90% carbohydrate calories.
