A 25-year-old male asked about a 24-year-old female:
Is drinking creatine-powdered drinks very helpful in promoting muscle growth? a med school friend said it wasn't worth possible damage to kidneys.

I agree c ur friend.: Even though muscle is made up of creatine, drinking this chemical will not lead to increase muscle growth. I would recommend a diet relatively high in protein, and relatively less carbohydrates and fats. It is the exercise that will build muscle, not the drink.
