I might have achlies tendonitis but no swelling. the pain has moved from my left ankle to my right and now has become hard to walk. any advice ?

Ice and stretch: Try icing ferociously and stretching the area, both legs. I see you're already using Ibuprofen so continue with that and add physical therapy to the mix for possible ultrasound or e-stim treatments. I'd also recommend aqua therapy in cool temperature pools. Hope it gets better.
