I drink a lot of fruit juice a day and my dentist has warned this isnt great for tooth enamel. what can i do to protect my teeth?

Drinking fruit juice: Is not near the problem that "sipping" fruit juice is. The "time on target" of the sweet/acidic liquid is what damages teeth the most. If you sip the juice over an hour + or so versus drinking it over a few minutes or w a meal, your teeth can be affected much more . Consider no juice at night and brush thoroughly at bedtime.

Consider this...: Fruit juice may be acidic & have a lot of sugar, both of which damage tooth structure. Drink plenty of water immediately afterward. Maintain your teeth well with good brushing (with Fluoride toothpaste) & flossing. Do not brush immediately after having acidic foods as you can abrade off tooth surface. Talk to your dentist making mouth trays made that you can fill w/ mi paste.
