Sore?: Maybe this is a sore from a viral illness. Make sure he drinks clears to stay hydrated. Pedialyte, water, juice. Can offer a dabbing of 1:1 mix Benadryl (diphenhydramine) : Maalox to the sore spot. If not voiding every 6 hrs or so needs to go to ED possibly for fluids
