I have a white spot with a brown spot in the middle. It is located under my tongue towards the back on one side. I thought it was a canker sore but it won't go away. I now only hurts when I eat, drink, and sometimes when I talk. I don't smoke?
41yo F,never smoked and socially drink.Had oral biopsy for a white lacy spot on the anterior side of tongue,& came back "mild dysplasia with hyperkeratosis".Explain your thoughts?Cld the dysplasia be from the hyperkeratosis?Also,can I socially drink?

Yesterday ate salad w/vinegar,tongue was bothering me,when I looked,right side looked reddish & one spot looked like a small slice in it, I dont remember biting it, looks better today but still looks cut, is this a worry? Dont smoke or drink at all?
Tongue lesion. Started about 5days ago. Thought it was from drinking hot beverage, but not definitive. Turned from red to white with black spot under.
