Maybe,maybe not: Most twins are fraternal, they come from different eggs and contain different dna profiles.Your rate of growth may well be different and your eventual height may also. An xray of your hand can be analysed to see if you have more growth coming. If your bone maturity is like most 16 yo you have some growth coming but 3 inches would be a stretch.If the bones were more like a 14 yo you might catch up.
