Im a 16 year old male at 5 7, my father is 5 8 and my mom is 5 5, but my twin brother is 6 2. can i grow to be 6 feet tall?

The predicted male final height based on parental numbers listed is 5'8"+/- an inch. A single x-ray of the wrist/hand could be assessed for growth centers. At 16 you the centers may be closed, if wide open you could grow more, if closed, not. If you grew less than 1 inch in the past year you are close to the end of your growth period.

You may still be growing, and your brother's height is encouraging. Your growth is related to your parents' heights. You may wish to review your growth curve (past records) with your pediatrician. A bone age, an X-ray of your hand, can tell if your bones are fused and growth is over. I would not expect either you or your twin to exceed 5 foot 8" but clearly twin has. Best wishes.
